The rest of the top stays clean and flat, so the wavy trim reads as a deliberate detail instead of an untouched edge. The notch toward the back is cut as part of the slab itself, sized to fit around a sink.

Material And Craft

Material: solid natural wood, cut and hand-finished with a food-safe oil

Finish: hand-finished to show the natural grain and warm texture; available in four tones, Oak, Brown, Walnut and Black, at one price, only size changes the price

Thickness: 1.6" slab, the same for every size; depth is the slab depth front to back.

Where It Works

A seating-side top built around a nearby sink:

Kitchen island bar top with stools pulled up to the trimmed edge

Seating side opposite a sink built into the notch

Contemporary kitchen that wants one subtle live edge detail

Open-plan layout where the island is the main gathering spot

The base cabinets, island, stools, sink, faucet and appliances in the photos are styling only and not included.
