Our Mid Century Solid Wood TV Stand With Curved Loop End For Living Room bends one thick end into a full C-shaped loop, which then carries a long, slim top the rest of the way down the case. The loop frames an open shelf for books underneath, while the remaining length holds a low cabinet of drawers. It's a mid century tv stand built around a single bent-wood gesture.

Mid Century Form And Detail

The curled end does the structural work of a leg while reading as sculpture, with the top running flat and slim from that point across the drawers. An open shelf sits inside the loop itself, a natural spot for books or a speaker, and the drawers beyond keep remotes and cables out of sight. The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

It was so much fun to watch, and it made me appreciate the table and the work behind it even more.
