Our Contemporary Solid Wood Console Table With Open Loop Base For Hallway carries a rounded top on one asymmetric loop of solid wood, turning a modern console table into a single open shape.

Organic Modern Form And Detail

The base is carved as one continuous loop rather than separate legs, opened through the center by a large teardrop cutout. That loop rises into a single tall arm before flattening out to carry the rounded top above it. Because the shape is asymmetric, the table reads differently depending on which side you approach it from. Soft curves and a polished surface throughout keep the whole piece feeling current rather than rustic, making it a true statement for a hallway or foyer.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
