Short, wavy arms branch off a central spine in our Mid Century Spine Shaped Solid Wood Wine Rack For Kitchen, each one cupped just enough to hold a bottle on its side. The silhouette keeps this modern wine rack reading as one continuous flowing form rather than a row of separate holders, with two neat columns of bottles stacked close against the wall. It suits a kitchen, dining nook or bar end wall without taking up any counter space.

Organic Modern Lines Up Close

The wavy, cupped arms are the heart of this organic modern piece: each one curves away from the spine with a soft taper and no hard edges, so the whole rack reads as a single flowing form rather than stacked bottle holders. Every arm shows its own grain where the curve catches the light, and the spine itself stays slim so very little of the wall behind disappears. It carries several short cupped arms on each side, with more arms fitting on the taller sizes. Hung as a floating wine rack, it keeps counters and shelves completely clear while still turning a blank stretch of wall into a display.

Before you fill it

How does it mount?
It mounts into studs or anchors; the fixings come with it. Use studs or anchors rated for the load you plan to hang. A full rack is heavy, so fix into studs where you can.
Can it hold glasses?
It is built for bottles; any shelf can hold a glass or two upright.
How do I care for it?
Dust dry and wipe spills at once; keep it away from heat sources, which wine dislikes too.
Do the four tones cost the same?
Yes — Black, Brown, Walnut and Oak are one price; only the size changes it.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

Are the colours exactly as shown in the photos?

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?

Yes. Size, finish and fixing position can be adjusted on most pieces. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm the price and lead time before you order.
How should I care for the piece?

Dust with a dry, soft cloth and wipe spills away promptly. Avoid harsh cleaners, standing water, and long spells in direct sun or next to a heat source. A wood conditioner once or twice a year keeps the finish even.
