Our Rustic Live Edge Floating Bathroom Vanity With Drawer Cabinet pairs a thick live edge bathroom vanity top with a wall-hung cabinet below, a row of flush drawer fronts on one side and an open cubby on the other.

Rustic Live Edge Form And Detail

The top overhangs the cabinet slightly and keeps its natural edge running along the front, so the raw line of the wood stays visible above the flat, closed drawer fronts. As a rustic bathroom vanity, the drawers give closed storage for everyday items while the open cubby across the other side holds rolled towels and baskets in view. The contrast between the live edge top and the flush drawer fronts keeps the piece from looking too rough or too formal.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

It was so much fun to watch, and it made me appreciate the table and the work behind it even more. Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?
