A carved tree trunk splits into twisting branches in our Rustic Wall Tree Bookshelf With Live Edge Branch Shelves For Living Room, carrying long live-edge shelves at staggered heights with the widest one running clear across the top. As a raw wood bookshelf it fills a full wall at 80 inches wide and 80 inches tall, sitting flush against it rather than standing forward into the room. One fixed size covers the whole wall.

Shape And Rustic Live Edge Character

Branches twist rather than growing in straight lines, so the shelves they carry sit at staggered heights instead of a level grid. The widest shelf runs across the very top like a canopy, while the lower branches space out more loosely underneath it. Every shelf keeps its live edge, so the grain line along the front of each one is never perfectly straight.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?
