A playful, retro silhouette comes to a simple vanity with our Mid Century Wooden Vessel Sink With Flower Shaped Rim For Bathroom, a mid century vessel sink with a rim that rises and falls in soft scallops. Flowing grain runs through the inside and outside of the bowl, following the gentle scalloped outline.

The Mid Century Look

The scalloped rim rises and dips in a steady rhythm around the opening, with each curve smooth and rounded rather than sharply carved. Because the whole bowl stays smooth, this scalloped shape also works well searched as a round vessel sink for anyone who wants a softer, more rounded basin. Grain flows continuously under the scallops, so the wood figure and the shaped rim feel like one connected design rather than separate decoration. Why wood can hold water

The interior is sealed so water beads and runs to the drain; the outside keeps the feel of the wood. Wipe it dry after use and it stays that way for years.

Each bowl is carved by hand — rim and grain are one of one.

What do I need to install it?
It sits on top of a vanity like any vessel sink and takes a standard vessel drain. Drain, tap and plumbing are not included — pair it with a tall or wall-mounted tap.

Kept wiped and resealed, it is stable; avoid leaving standing water in it for long periods.
Do the four tones cost the same?
Yes — Black, Brown, Walnut and Oak are one price; only the size changes it.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

Are the colours exactly as shown in the photos?

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?

Yes. Size, finish and fixing position can be adjusted on most pieces. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm the price and lead time before you order.
How should I care for the piece?
