Product Details

A carved tree with flared roots and a dense canopy of bare branches spreads across the wall in our Handcrafted Tree Wine Rack With Root Flare Trunk For Dining Room. Two long shelves pass through the trunk, making this wine rack tree as much a dining room centerpiece as a storage piece. A rail under the top shelf holds stemware upside down by the foot.

Rustic Lines Up Close

The trunk flares out at the base the way roots spread into soil, then narrows and splits into a dense network of bare branches across the upper half of the piece. Two long shelves run straight through the trunk at different heights, each one wide enough for a full row of bottles, with the stemware rail fixed to the underside of the top shelf. The branches above and below the shelves are left open, so the carved canopy reads as a tree even without any bottles on it. As a rustic wine rack, the trunk and branches do all of the visual work.

How does it mount?
It mounts into studs or anchors; the fixings come with it. Use studs or anchors rated for the load you plan to hang. A full rack is heavy, so fix into studs where you can.
Can it hold glasses?
It is built for bottles; any shelf can hold a glass or two upright.
How do I care for it?
Dust dry and wipe spills at once; keep it away from heat sources, which wine dislikes too.
Do the four tones cost the same?

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

Are the colours exactly as shown in the photos?

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?

Yes. Size, finish and fixing position can be adjusted on most pieces. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm the price and lead time before you order.
How should I care for the piece?
