Smooth, softly rounded edges curve in and out along the front of our Minimalist Floating Bathroom Vanity With Soft Curved Edge. It is a floating vanity shelf cut from one slab, shaped to remove every hard corner.

The Organic Curved Look

The front edge rolls gently inward then back out in a slow wave rather than a jagged live edge, so the outline reads as rounded rather than raw. Grain runs unbroken across the width, flowing with the curve rather than cutting across it. That soft shape makes it an organic modern take on a natural wood bath vanity. Mounted flat on the wall as a solid wood floating vanity, it holds a single vessel basin.

  • Finish: hand-finished to show the natural grain and warm texture; available in four tones, Oak, Brown, Walnut and Black, at one price, only size changes the price

Thickness: about 2" thick, the same for every size; every size is 18" deep, and because the front is a natural edge the depth varies a little along the piece. The slab hangs on concealed wall brackets that must be fixed into studs; drain and faucet cut-outs can be made to order.

What you get: ONE solid wood slab in the size you choose. The photos show two slabs stacked - a counter on top and a towel shelf below; to build that two-tier look, order a second slab (same or smaller size) as a separate item. The basin, faucet, mirror and decor in the photos are styling only and are not included. Wipe standing water dry.

Rounded edges, flowing grain

One soft-curved slab, priced on its own

The front of this slab curves gently in and out, and every edge is smoothed round, so there are no sharp corners at hip height. Flowing grain runs the length of the top.

Your order is ONE solid wood slab in the size you pick. The photos show two stacked: a counter and a towel shelf below.

Basin, faucet, mirror, upper wall shelf and decor are styling only and not included.

Building the two-tier look

    Choose the counter

    Pick the width for your top slab, from 16" to 48"; all are 18" deep and about 2" thick.

    Add a second slab

    Order another slab of the same or a smaller size as a separate item for the towel shelf.

    Fix into studs

    Each slab hangs on concealed brackets that must be fixed into wall studs.

    Request cut-outs

Do I get both slabs shown in the photos?
No. Each order is one slab. Order a second one if you want the counter-plus-shelf setup.
Does the depth stay exactly 18 inches?
The front is a natural edge, so the depth varies a little along the piece.
Will water harm the rounded edge?
Wipe standing water dry and the sealed finish stays in good shape.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

Are the colours exactly as shown in the photos?

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?

Yes. Size, finish and fixing position can be adjusted on most pieces. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm the price and lead time before you order.
How should I care for the piece?

Dust with a dry, soft cloth and wipe spills away promptly. Avoid harsh cleaners, standing water, and long spells in direct sun or next to a heat source. A wood conditioner once or twice a year keeps the finish even.
