A long, thin top with a softly live front edge rests on one thick sculpted scroll on our Live Edge Console Table With Spiral Scroll Base For Living Room, a live edge console table built around a single carved curl. The scroll spirals tightly under one half, unrolls into a long low sweep, then lifts into a second curl at the other end, all standing on a slim flat plinth. It works equally well as a live edge sofa table behind seating.

Organic Modern Lines Up Close

The base is one sculpted spiral: a tight curl anchors one end, the wood unrolls into a low sweep across the middle, and a second curl lifts at the far tip, all resting on a slim flat plinth. Above it, the thin top keeps its softly live front edge, so the natural outline of the board stays visible along the front. Despite the hand-carved base, the slim profile and clean plinth keep it reading as a modern console table rather than a rustic one.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

One of the most special parts of this experience was being able to watch the entire process, from the original rough walnut planks, to seeing them shaped and sanded, and finally to seeing the finished table in my home. It was so much fun to watch, and it made me appreciate the table and the work behind it even more. Are the colours exactly as shown in the photos?

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?

Yes. Size, finish and fixing position can be adjusted on most pieces. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm the price and lead time before you order.
How should I care for the piece?
