Our Sculpted Solid Wood Shoe Bench With Oval Loop Base For Entryway is a modern wood bench built around one smooth, rounded loop. A thick slab top overhangs an oval base whose curved walls frame an open space sized for shoes underneath.

Organic Modern Lines Up Close

The base is cut as a single oval loop rather than separate legs, its walls curving inward at the floor and outward again at the top where the slab rests. Every edge is rounded, so the whole piece reads as one soft capsule shape instead of a seat on supports. The thick top overhangs the loop on both sides, giving the oval base visual weight it would otherwise lose against a wide seat.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

One of the most special parts of this experience was being able to watch the entire process, from the original rough walnut planks, to seeing them shaped and sanded, and finally to seeing the finished table in my home. It was so much fun to watch, and it made me appreciate the table and the work behind it even more. This is not simply a piece of furniture-it is truly a one-of-a-kind work of art that feels personal and special. Our family will gather around it, enjoy it, and admire it for many years to come. I feel so fortunate to own a table handcrafted by Sefa, and I cannot recommend his beautiful work highly enough! ❤️

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?

Yes. Size, finish and fixing position can be adjusted on most pieces. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm the price and lead time before you order.
How should I care for the piece?
