Our Sculptural Wave Makeup Vanity Desk With Rounded Side Shelves For Bedroom sweeps one curved slab up from the floor, across as the desktop and into a tall crescent panel at the back, making it a makeup vanity desk with real height behind the mirror spot.

Sculptural Lines Up Close

On the right a column of three drawers sits beside rounded open shelves, with a small shelf set into the panel for perfume or a plant. Height is measured to the top of the back panel, while the desk surface itself sits at normal vanity height, so the wave reads as a dramatic backdrop rather than a working change.

A wave that rises into a crescent

A single curved slab sweeps up from the floor on the left, levels out as the desktop and climbs again behind it into a tall crescent panel. The whole vanity reads as one continuous line of wood.

The desktop narrows and widens as it runs from the curved leg to the shelf column, with the grain sweeping along the same path. A tray of brushes and a palette sit flat on the wide middle.

The 60" height is measured to the top of the back panel; the desk itself sits at normal vanity height.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design. The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along. Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!

Are the colours exactly as shown in the photos?

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?

Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?

All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?

Yes. Size, finish and fixing position can be adjusted on most pieces. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm the price and lead time before you order.
How should I care for the piece?
