At Rustic Interior, we want receiving your new furniture to be as simple and convenient as possible. We currently provide two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Delivery & Assembly Service.
Standard Delivery — Free
Standard Delivery is included at no additional cost with every order.
Your order will be delivered to the ground floor, building lobby, or the first safe and accessible dry area at the delivery address. This service does not include unpacking, furniture placement, or assembly.
Tracking details will be provided when available, and for larger items, our delivery partner may contact you directly to coordinate a suitable delivery time.
Delivery & Assembly Service
For selected furniture that requires more involved installation, or for customers who prefer additional assistance, Delivery & Assembly Service may be available.
With this service, your furniture is brought into your home and professionally assembled by the delivery team.
An additional service fee of $50–$100 may apply depending on the item and assembly requirements. You can request this service during checkout when available or contact the Rustic Interior Customer Care Team for assistance.
Before Your Delivery
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure the intended area is clear and accessible before our team arrives.
Assembly appointments are arranged in advance whenever required. Please note that delivery and assembly teams are unable to relocate existing furniture. Customers should also take appropriate measures to protect flooring and surrounding areas during delivery and installation.
1 Year Warranty
1-Year Limited Warranty
At Rustic Interior, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All eligible products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.
If a product is confirmed to have a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts as appropriate to resolve the issue.
Our warranty applies to verified manufacturing defects or workmanship issues that occur under normal residential use.
Because many Rustic Interior pieces feature natural wood and other organic materials, variations in wood grain, texture, knots, tone, color, and other naturally occurring characteristics are part of each piece’s unique appearance and are not considered manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and aging, improper use or handling, incorrect installation or maintenance, scratches, dents, stains, water or moisture damage, pet or accidental damage, damage caused by harsh or unsuitable cleaning products, fading, discoloration, normal surface wear, natural material variations, or damage resulting from extreme conditions or natural disasters.
If an issue is reported after the 1-year warranty period, Rustic Interior may be able to assist with replacement materials or parts, subject to availability. Any applicable labor, service, and shipping costs after the warranty period will be the responsibility of the customer.

30 Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and included components intact.
Please note that returns are accepted only for items with verified manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping. To request a return, please contact the Rustic Interior Customer Care Team with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.
Protected Delivery
Shipping is on us for every order, with no minimum spend. Large pieces travel by a specialist furniture carrier who will call ahead to agree a delivery window.

Are the colours exactly as shown in the photos?
Very close, but not identical. Every piece is made from solid timber, so grain and tone vary from one item to the next — that variation is the point of a natural material rather than a fault. Screens differ too, so treat the photos as a guide.
Does the item require assembly?
Most items arrive ready to use. Larger shelving and tables ship in a few parts with the fixings and instructions included; assembly is straightforward and needs no special tools.
How is the timber treated?
All timber is kiln dried and treated before finishing, which removes moisture and any insects. Pieces are then sealed with a protective finish.
Do you offer customisation?
Yes. Size, finish and fixing position can be adjusted on most pieces. Send us the dimensions you need and we will confirm the price and lead time before you order.
How should I care for the piece?
Dust with a dry, soft cloth and wipe spills away promptly. Avoid harsh cleaners, standing water, and long spells in direct sun or next to a heat source. A wood conditioner once or twice a year keeps the finish even.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout once you enter your address. Any duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

The seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. They built the entire shelf, sent a picture, and allowed us to make modifications such as adding branches and leaves, so that we were perfectly happy with the design.
The whole process was fairly quick and everything arrived well packaged. There is some assembly required, the directions are very clear, but you are essentially building a tree branch by branch and trying to mount the shelves level and keep everything secure as you go along.
Overall extremely happy with the final product. Such a unique item to have in our home!
This vanity is solid, and it’s a beautiful shape, and the pieces fit together nicely. Seller’s communication was great.
The negatives:
- we don’t realize it came disassembled and didn’t include directions so we had to work through reassembly.
- the description said it was rough hewn and they aren’t kidding. If you are looking for a refined piece this is not it. It’s a raw piece that needs much TLC to be practical. We got splinters from assembling and after an hour of 220 grit sandpaper it’s finally coming along. The oil they put on it makes the wood dark. The seller warned me about this, but we had to sand the whole piece to get it back to the color desired. I will need to varnish too before it can be installed.
All in all, for the money spent I would expect less work to make this piece useful.
These nesting tables were exactly as described! They look like a piece of art and are beautifully crafted. The seller worked with me to get a different wood finish than the one shown in the pictures. You can tell the pieces were made and packaged with great care. Highly recommend!

Item arrived packaged very well (almost too well). It came in multiple layers of protection, so it was absolutely certain to be safe.
Shelf looks solid and sturdy. Be aware that your walls may not be perfectly square, so the shelves may need to be trimmed or caulked to match the walls.
Seller was prompt and courteous, was able to accommodate a somewhat custom design, and followed up shortly after the item arrived.
